The Problem We Saw Firsthand
India has over 100,000 independent hotels — small and mid-sized properties that form the backbone of the country's hospitality industry. Most of them are listed on multiple OTA platforms like MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Airbnb, and Agoda. And most of them manage these platforms manually.
The result? Double bookings that damage reputations. Rate inconsistencies that confuse guests. Hours wasted every day on repetitive tasks that could be automated. And expensive PMS solutions that were built for large chains, not for a 15-room hotel in Jaipur or a boutique property in Goa.
